This policy setting configures a list of core Windows processes that also (sometimes) run in user sessions. The sole effect of listing core Windows processes here is to enable uberAgent to calculate the resource usage of the OS.
If you enable this policy setting, uberAgent marks the specified processes as OS processes.
If you disable this policy setting, uberAgent does not mark any processes as OS processes.
If you do not configure this policy setting, uberAgent does not mark any processes as OS processes.
